Shipping
We've carefully worked our shipping prices out in order to offer you the best prices for the amount of products you're buying. We recommend you to include as much products as you can in one delivery, it will cost you less money! The more you buy, the less you pay for shipping per item.
If you place an order before 12:pm, we aim to process and dispatch it on the same day, if not, next working day.
As orders are too large for a standard letterbox, someone needs to be present to receive the parcel. If your order is shipped by Royal Mail, delivery will be attempted once, and if no one is in, they'll leave a note and it is your responsibility to collect it from the post office as instructed in the note.
UK SHIPPING
All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail, DPD and DHL 2nd or 1st class, and once dispatched will take 1-2 working days to arrive with 1st class and 2-4 working days with 2nd class.
Our shipping rates are as follow, with an option for express delivery in 1-2 working days for £0.99 extra:
Standard : £5.99
Up to 10 kg : £8.49
From 10kg : £14.99

Please note that we use third-party companies for shipping and delivery dates we provide are the ones they provide us. Once we've dispatched a package, it's on them to deliver it on time. We will provide you with assistance on delivery dates, address change and refunds in case the parcel doesn't arrive on time, gets lost or is damaged.
A parcel is considered lost by the couriers after 20 working days of the dispatched day. If that time has passed and it hasn't been shipped, we will send it again free of charge.
Even though it is not our duty to deliver parcels, we understand you want your order to arrive as soon as possible, so if it hasn't arrive after 10 working days, we will refund the cost of the shipping while we wait for it to arrive.

Our standard delivery charge is £7,99 for deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland. All deliveries are subject to Ferry / Transport schedules and weather. For queries please contact us.
The following postcodes have a surcharge on the shipping cost: AB, BT, DD, DG, EH, FK, G, HS ,IM, IV, KA, KW, KY, ML, PH, PO/IOW, TD, TR, ZE
Deliveries to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Isle of Man will incur a surcharge from £30.99. We will contact you on receipt of your order to arrange payment.
Standard Order Processing. We will endeavour to deliver all orders within 4 working days of receipt of order. Orders will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.
